WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU

Attire - Whether it's tuxedos or Hawaiian shirts and shorts, you can be assured the band will be dressed appropriately.

Emcee the entire evening - We can act as a "Master of Ceremonies" for your function. Some examples would be introducing the bride and groom as well as the wedding party, announcing and coordinating cake cutting, special dances, bouquet tosses, or giving out prizes and awards throughout the evening.

Assure that the music is not too loud, not too soft - A major concern of most clients is that the band will be too loud. We have the experience to play at an appropriate volume for dancing, yet at a level which allows guests to talk comfortably.

Play background music during dinner and cocktails - When your guests arrive, and during the meal, the band can play soft background music, adding a warm ambiance to the party.

Take requests - We want to play what you and your guests want to hear, so requests are encouraged and always welcome.

Provide recorded music during breaks - The band will definitely keep their breaks to a minimum, but while we're on break, we have pre-recorded music playing to help keep the atmosphere festive, and the guests dancing! Provide early setup of equipment - Private Stock has an excellent sound and light system. We are completely self-sufficient, which means you don't have to worry about special arrangements for the band. Our sound and light system is very compact, and it looks and sounds great! We will also make sure our equipment is setup and ready to go before your first guests arrive.

Keep everyone dancing - Most all the songs we play are very recognizable and very danceable. We have wonderful audience interaction, we keep things moving at an appropriate pace, and we perform a very wide variety of music so that no matter what age you are, or what style of music you like, you and your guests will have a fantastic time!
